Country Calm EP.1 (Coyote)
Welcome to the first episode of Country Calm! If you are not sure what this is, you are in good company, I’m trying to figure that out too.
I’ve been going down a rabbit hole of trying to find podcasts and audiobooks that can sway my attention away from my normal morning routine of news binging. I’ve been kind of on, what I will refer to as, the “political Atkins diet” where I deny my gluttonous self all but what is necessary to be safely informed. I’m sure I still listen to more political commentary than most, but I’ve been experimenting to see how my brain feels on the meditation treadmill.
As soon as I’m done listening to whatever crazy antics Majorie Taylor Greene is up to, I’ll just counteract the toxins with some lady from California telling me to take a walk with my inner child or some shit.
At some point back in the winter, it dawned on me that there are NO southern meditation guides out there, or at least that I know of.
THAT ENDS NOW. Let’s take a deep breath, and enter the Country Calm. Enjoy these brief little homemade meditations.
Hate to leave good company,
SG

First of all, the meditating possum needs to be on a T-shirt pronto!
I am at peace now as I return to calculating throughput and updating Process Maps of Powder Coating production lines behind my 3 monitors that shield me from my coworkers.
